OUR PROCESS
At this meeting we will take basic measurements and go over the scope of your project and associated investment. Discuss your style preferences, layout and timeline. This is a paid consultation to determine the direction and estimated investment. After this consultation we will provide you with a proposal outlining our design services and fees. The signed agreement officially kicks off the project!
ONSITE CONSULTATION
DISCOVERY CALL
This is a complimentary call where we get to know you and your project and discuss our process to see if we are a good fit.
Now that we have an approved design direction and investment we will source and present all fabric furniture and finish selections, obtain quotes, prepare proposals, finalized floor plans and show detailed elevations of any custom furniture, cabinets and built-ins. Following the design presentation we will present you with a detailed proposal for approval. If you request any revisions we will do them at this time for final approval.
DETAILED DESIGN PRESENTATION
We capture any additional input and desires. We fully document your space taking every measurement so we can create floor plans, inspiration boards, and pull initial sample selections to clearly communicate and confirm the overall scope, layout, investment estimate and design direction. At this key meeting we present you with conceptual-level designs for each room.
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
PRESENTATION
The grand finale. We coordinate and manage white glove delivery of your items and finish your space with accessories and styling to create the dream home you envisioned.
INSTALLATION
This is where our design becomes an exciting reality! We will communicate details with vendors and trades, purchase all furniture and accessories and track deliveries. If there is a problem we will resolve any deficiencies to keep your project running smoothly.
